Raghubir Singh Gadegawnlia, resident of  Jawala Puri district West Delhi based RTI activist got B grade position in India in Certificate Course on RTI' launched by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Government of India (GoI). Gadegawnlia got 3^rd rank in India, out of 41 students.
